Dreamplace FZ-LLC Terms and Conditions

I agree that my dependents are voluntarily participating in the activities offered by Dreamplace FZ-LLC, including, but not limited to, the use of equipment, facilities, and the premises. I assume, on behalf of myself and/or my dependents, all risk of personal injury.

I understand that Dreamplace takes all necessary precautions to maintain cleanliness and reduce the risk of transmittable diseases; however, this does not eliminate the possibility of transmission. I have explained these risks to my dependents, and in spite of them, I voluntarily choose for my dependents to participate. As such, I assume full responsibility for any injury or sickness that may occur as a result of participation.

I agree that I am responsible for any and all medical costs associated with treating any injury sustained during any Dreamplace session. I acknowledge that I am responsible for my child’s/children’s own safety, and it is not the responsibility of the Dreamplace team to supervise or ensure their safety at all times.

I acknowledge that personal belongings are my responsibility, and Dreamplace holds no liability for any damage or loss of goods.

I understand that Dreamplace does not hold responsibility for any injury, medical issue, or complication arising from a pre-existing condition that was not disclosed in the registration form.

I acknowledge that Dreamplace reserves the right, at its discretion, to withdraw any child/children whose influence or actions are deemed dangerous or incompatible with the community.

I agree that I will not hold Dreamplace FZ-LLC/Tetyana Sydorenko accountable for any accidents, injuries, medical issues, or special circumstances that may arise during or after any session. I also agree that neither I nor any member of my family will initiate claims, suits, liabilities, judgments, costs, or expenses against Dreamplace FZ-LLC/Tetyana Sydorenko now or at any time in the future.

These conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the relevant laws within the UAE. If any of these conditions are determined to be void, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable, such conditions shall be deemed deleted, and the remaining conditions shall remain valid, binding, and enforceable.
