All purchases made through Dreamplace FZ-LLC are non-refundable.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of plans, absence, or withdrawal from sessions or programmes.

Exceptional circumstances: Refunds outside of the above terms may be considered at Dreamplace's discretion in cases of serious illness or significant personal circumstances. Supporting documentation may be requested.

Session cancellations by Dreamplace: If Dreamplace cancels a session, a full credit or refund will be issued for that session.
