A child-led spacetime

Dreamplace is more than just a learning center; it's an experiential, play-based universe where the freedom of choice drives everything we do. Our interdisciplinary activities and projects are carefully crafted to inspire discovery, ignite imagination, and encourage children to delve into their passions.

Our vibrant community is designed specifically for homeschoolers and children aged 6-13, offering a space where friendships blossom, creativity thrives, and exciting projects come to life.

In our universe, children are the architects of their own spacetime, making choices that align with their interests and curiosities.

What We Offer
While children have the opportunity to dive into a multiverse of workshops and hands-on learning, they also have the freedom to choose their own adventure—whether it's reading a book, chatting with a friend, or exploring other exciting activities at our premises.

Who We Serve
Our space is designed for children aged 6-13, providing a haven for homeschoolers and a quality after-school experience. We foster a collaborative environment where all age groups work and play together, without the confines of age segregation.

Our Philosophy
We believe in cooperation over competition and prefer not to grade or evaluate children's work. Instead, we encourage kids to explore, create, and learn at their own pace, free from the pressure of time. To help them fully engage, we recommend a minimum of 2 hours per visit.

Gadget-Free Zone
At Dreamplace, we leave gadgets behind to cultivate curious minds and the power of imagination beyond the virtual world.

Nourishment and Outdoor Fun
We provide water on-site, and kids are welcome to bring their lunchboxes and healthy snacks. Sometimes we can head outside to our grassy area for some outdoor fun and exploration.

Building a Homeschooling Community
Here, kids connect, learn, and enjoy, while parents find resources, share experiences, and enjoy some personal time.

DreamTeam

Hi! I’m Jawa, a learning guide at Dreamplace, committed to fostering creative and immersive learning experiences for children.
I’m a naturally curious person who enjoys exploring new skills and creative hobbies, especially crocheting and cross-stitching. I also love reading, learning new languages, and doing aerial yoga.
As a Biomedical Engineering graduate, I’m fascinated by how things work and enjoy approaching challenges with curiosity and creativity. I appreciate spending time outdoors, whether hiking, having a picnic, or observing nature, and I enjoy sharing that sense of discovery with children.
I’m excited to create a welcoming space where kids can challenge themselves, discover their potential, and enjoy the journey of learning.
Welcome! I'm Tanya, the founder of Dreamplace. For the last six years, I’ve been homeschooling my two amazing daughters. I picked up some great teaching skills during my time with the U.S. Peace Corps, and I love using those creative methods to make learning fun.
We’ve also traveled to over 80 countries together, which has given us a unique view of the world. I’ve organized everything from birthday parties to big international events, so I know how to create memorable experiences.
I’m excited to open a space where kids can roam freely, make friends, and develop a sense of community. Some of my passions include the Arctic, learning about space, and diving into psychosomatics - how our minds and bodies work together.
Thanks for stopping by! I can’t wait to connect!
